From the desk of: PRIJ ALPHONZ CASPE CARMELO KKK-H President
I would like to thank all of you for giving me a chance and an opportunity to be the President of the Haloy Youth Organization.
Modesty aside, I was also elected as the President of the University of San Agustin High School Student Republic last School Year 2008-2009. I had once been a leader to other people, and I believe that this is already the right time that I must also be a leader to my family, to our family… the Haloy Clan.
This is a great honour for me and my family, but this means also a great responsibility and a challenge. Honestly, I was hesitant and at first, felt a great uncertainty when the Haloy Youth gave me their trust and confidence to be in the top most position, however, that uneasiness was slowly covered with courage and faith that I can make it with the full cooperation of the members and officers of the Haloy Youth Organization and with the help and support of our adviser, Tito Boy Caspe, the President of the Haloy Clan, Dr. Pedro Tormon, and the ever supportive Tita Belen Caspe.
As the elected and officially inducted President of the Haloy Youth Organization, I hereby encourage all of us to work hand in hand to make our plans happen in every way possible.
I quote, “One man cannot make a thing happen, but if all of us, can and will succeed.”
Kung sa aton pa nga lenggwahe, “Indi matabo ang isa ka bagay kung isa lang ang gahimu, pay kung tanan kita magabuligay, sigurado, ini gid matabo.”
Haloy Youth and Haloy Elders, nagmuklat dun kita, tulad… maghirinugpong kita padulong sa kauswagan kang Haloy Clan! Sa liwat, salamat, salamat, madamu gid nga salamat!
